I...Thanks for the great overview of Egyptian wines. It was very helpful. I’ve been to Egypt at least 30 times over the years and I always drink Egyptian wines, even when it’s difficult. I more or less agree with all your descriptions however Chateau Gran Ville needs to be given a second chance. I’m in Cairo right now and just finished my second glass of 2019 red and it’s quite delicious with our any chemical, smoke or off-putting tastes. I think they have something here!
